Missing Products

Just received my order in the mail, and its missing 10 vials of test!! I ordered some orals and EQ which were the only things to arrive. It says all items were shipped in the same package but I don't understand how you forget to put 10 damn vials in a box... Anyone else have this happen and have any luck getting the missing products? I reached out to napshelp but I haven't heard anything back yet.

They replied within 10 minutes with the proper instructions on how to get the rest of the products shipped out. This is the first issue I've ever had with naps and the customer service is just as great as id expect.
