Tried to contact Naps Help concerning an order that is past due, but can not get though. When I click on the "Contact Us" link I get a timed out error message saying can not connect to napshelp.com. Also never see the "Live Chat Help" link anymore. Anyone know whats up?

No that's the issue I'm having. When I try to connect to https://www.napshelp.com/index.php, and I tried with multiple computers, I get the message below....

This site can't be reached.
www.napshelp.com took too long to respond.
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I just click on your link and it went right to the web site with no issues, gotta be something on your end????

Napshelp has downtime here and there along with the .org site but it only lasts for about ~10 mins-1hr tops.
