help, forgot password for naps

Tried to log in to naps & it said incorrect password. It recognizes my email but it wont send me my password. Even tried to re-register but it says my email already exist. Anyone know how to fix this , & yes I checked my spam box also.

Just went thru the lost password routine again & got this message "Password reset request has been dispatched to "XXXXXXXXXX@sbcglobal.net"
but still no return email from them or link ??
