Napshelp.com down??

Does anyone know what is the deal with napshelp.com customer support center?...I cannot get on the site for 2 days. I have a pretty big issue with an order and cannot get ahold of anyone. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hmm...just tried the link and it came up site cannot be reached still., so I suppose they still having some technical difficulties. I will try again tom I guess...will post back when its up and running.

It's gotta be you, phone or computer, or maybe your browser. it's workin fine.

My guess it your trying to use a phone or tablet to pull up the site. It could be an issue of HTML 5 vs. whatever version they use.

Use a computer. If you have been trying to pull them up on a computer, use a different browser like FireFox.

Ok just a update, did finally recieve email from billing saying order is being shipped. Still unsure why napshelp isnt working for me because I have been using it for awhile now up to like 3 days ago and still nothing. Gonna try to reinstall and use firefox like mentioned thnxs for the help.
