Anyone ever got seized????? Need help please!!!!

They shipped my order exactly a month ago nothing I ordered twice prior once to the army base once to nyc and no problems came quick they told me get a intranet tracking from post office they said they can't give me a printout of anything but said it's still in HK and the tracking says shipped a month ago now they told me they can't help me if I don't give them a letter but post office won't give me letter? If anyone can help please let me know what I should do?

You need to contact one of the reps here or over at Outlaw. You should also open up a ticket on napgear.org website.

I know for sure anything going through Hong Kong takes for ever, don't know why. I had a few orders go through Hong Kong, couldn't track either.
Try tracking through here if it's in Hong Kong.
