I had a great leg day, for my last session of the year. We did a circuit 20 rep hack squat to 20 rep extentions, to 20 rep squats, no rest between exercises. After a good warm up, we hit this circuit 4 times. My legs were fried! I'm pleased with how my training has evolved in 2013. It's made a huge difference in my development. And personal experiences. Some are priceless and the knowledge that there are others having similar experiences researching a field that is denied and obfuscated as much as area 51 is encouraging.
