I really would like to help you guys out. But some things are just impossible. Its not that I'm unwilling but I can't write cycles -mealplans etc for all of you. On the new site we will post some general information about these subject. Don't be mad at me when I don't answer directly or not at all..I get soooo much mail... ronny..

i've been trying to help as many guys as i can, but yea, i agree with you ronny, it's a lot of work and often, there just aren't enough hours in the day. i am glad to help, but before someone asks me for help on a topic, i suggest they should try looking around the board. most of the time, the same question has been answered several times in various threads or there has been an article posted on the topic.
