It's not just this site it's every bodybuilding forum. I get them at least once a day on a half a dozen forums. Just don't click that shit at all.

I found out the best way to cut down on the spam is to have new users answer 2 security questions, and validate them personally, but this is only something the admin can do. Mods cant do it, unless they are granted permission to do so. This is how I do it at my site, validate every member personally.
