Off day today and tomorrow getting ready to head to Colorado on Tuesday, didn't think I would be working out next week but the wife and I talked we are still getting up early Monday and working out before getting the car serviced for the trip, then we will get up early on Tuesday before we leave and workout before the trip, then takes the 2 days off while there then come home and workouts resume!!!

Today was CHEST, TRICEPS AND ABs:
Had a great workout this morning!!!
Flat Bench Press: 4x8x 100lbs p/s ( up 10lbs p/s)
Incline DB Press: 4x8x 75lbs p/s (up 5lbs p/s)
Incline DB Flyes: 3x15x 35lbs ( up 5lbs p/s)
Cable Flyes: 3x15x 50lbs
Skullcrushers: 4x10x 60lbs
Close Grip Bench Press: 4x10x 60lbs
VGrip Triceps Pushdowns: 4x10x 90lbs
Hanging Leg Raises: 3x20x bw
Ab Crunch Machine: 3x20x 170lbs
Then did 10 minutes on the EVIL STAIRMASTER level 8
Then spent about an hour loading my daughters stuff up into the vehicles for the 9 hour trip to her new place oh did I mention it was up and down 3 flights of stairs carrying all the stuff?? That was casrdio itself!!!GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!

Off day today again the trip and moving my youngest daughter 9 1/2 hours away took a toll on me, she was my baby,she was my athlete,we did everything together, so a little upset, but I'm proud of her for taking this chance, she is going to be fine her and her boyfriend are a match made in heaven, they compliment each other and am very proud of them both!! Will hit it hard starting Monday morning!!!GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!

Back at it today after a few days off!!! Felt really good!!

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 4x8x 170lbs
Cable Rows: 4x15x 160lbs
DeadLifts: 3x10x 90lbs p/s
Straight Bar Curls: 4x10x 15lbs p/s (dropped 5lbs p/s using my new Fat Grips)
Incline DB Curls: 25 lbs p/s
Machine Preacher Curls: 4x10x 70lbs
21's with straight bar: 3 sets x 15lbs p/s

Leg Press:4x10x 5 plates p/s ( up 1 plate p/s)
Leg Extensions: 4x15x 150lbs
Lying Leg Curls: 4x15x 120lbs
Seated Calf Raises: 3x15x 45lbs p/s
No cardio knew I was going to be going up and down stairs all night!!!GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!
