OK everyone how is everyone?? Doing great here got all moved into my cousins basement, ( he insisted me and my wife stay with them till we get money saved up for a house, he doesn't want us wasting money on rent when he has an 1100 square foot basement with a full bath not being used, ) start my new job with orientation on Monday!! We found a great gym 5 minutes from where we live its called TruFit its a huge gym with everything we need and great price as well!! We did some cardio there yesterday and will get right back into workouts tomorrow after work!! Will probably have to tho down in weights for a/while but will be hitting it hard again!!!

Well I got the job I wanted so we will be moving to Colorado on October the 7th and start my new job on the 12th, going to be great I will be working 4 10 hour days with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off, benefits are amazing, its just going to be great!! Haven't been working out we have been packing butbwill hit itbhard starting in Monday for a week then following week we will move then sign up at the gym we found down the road from us up there and start hitting it hard!!!

Ok everyone just stopping in to let you all know I'm still hitting it not quite as hard as I have, I got a lot of things spinning right now, I am leaving today after work and driving 10 hours to Colorado for 2 job interviews, it's a great opportunity for us, and I'm jumping on it, so no working out again till Monday when I get back then I'll be back on here for at least 2 weeks hopefully ( again hoping I get one of the jobs!!) then hopefully moving to Colorado!!! Anyway just thought I would let you all know!!! Peace out and keep your fingers crossed for us!!!!

Bent over BB Rows: 4x12x 80lbs p/s
Hammer Strength Pulldown Machine: 4x10x90lbs p/s
Low Row Machine: 4x10x90lbs p/s
Crunch machine: 4x15x150lbs
Hanging Leg Raises: 4x15xbw
Shoulders & Triceps:
Shoulder Press Machine: 5x5x90lbs p/s
DB Lat Raises: 3x12x30lbs
Cable Front Raises: 3x12x 25lbs
skullcrushers: 3x12x 60lbs
Vbar pushdowns: 3x12x70lbs
DB Kickbacks: 3x15x25lbs
That was it I'm dead worked another 3am-3pm today going to bed see ya all!!

Started a new routine today but went up on weight on a few again!!!
Chest & Biceps:
Incline DB Press: 5x5x 80lbs ( up 5 lbs)
Decline Bench Press: 3x10x45 lbs p/s haven't done these in forever
Flat bench DB Flyes: 4x15x35lbs
E-Z Bar Curl: 5x5x80lbs
Concentration Curls: 3x12x25lbs
Reverse E-zBar Curls: 3x15x40lbs
Then did 15 minutes on the elliptical

Squats: 4x12x 100lbs p/s
Hack Squat: 4x12x 70lbs p/s
Leg Press:4x12x 5 plates p/s
Leg Extensions: 4x15x 160lbs
Lying Leg Curls: 4x15x 140lbs
Seated Calf Raises: 3x15x 45lbs p/s
Then did 10 minutes on the bike
