No workout today. But the work I did at work for 5 hours was plenty. Cleaned one of the blast freezers at work carrying a hose up and down 2 flights of stairs cleaning the coils and product belts with 150 degree water so I got a total body workout oh and a free sauna out of it!

Great workout today Shoulders are on fire!! Abs are on fire.Monday I will be bumping up my clean to a tablet and a half.

As MrBig stated,there are plenty of great compounds and cycles that she can run with little negative sides and most are fully reversible once she discontinues use.
Today was LEG DAY oh my god am I in pain!!!!! But a good pain means they are growing!
