i'm a fan of pics. with pics, i can be a lot more objective, plus, i can go back to see how i looked before and compare to how i look now. i use a tripod, try to shoot at the same angle in similar light. i use the same spot, in a controlled lighting situation. i'll shoot a front double bi and rear double bi, about every 3-4 wks of a bulking diet and during a cutting diet, i shoot the same 2 pics once a wk. its so easy with digital. back in the day, frank zane shot film constantly, to evaluate his physique.
when i practice posing, i shoot video, so that i can look at not only the poses, but see how i move, transition and get into each pose. i look for thingsi can improve on, make mental notes, then try again and play around with it until i've made the alterations that seem to be most pleasing for my physiqueif you are new to the board, please take a minute to read the rules...CLICK HERE

I was just curious because i can look at myself in the mirror and feel like i see myself different than in a picture. Used to, i could visually track my progress but i guess now i'm gonna have to rely on the numbers as i do tape measurements every so often just to keep track.sigpic
