  • looking for help on the best mass gains

    looking for info on what to take, how much ,and how long for the best mass gains...i am new to this and i wanna do it the right way........looking,for good advise..

    mikey, the best thing for ya to do is go to the introduction section and tell us about yourself. Like age, training, diet, height, weight and maybe gear used how long you've been training things like that. Once we have that info well can help you better.

        Personally, and this might only be me, but I won't give advice to a person that puts no effort toward educating themselves. There is a wealth of knowledge on the stickies in this forum, read everything you can, come back with some ideas on what you want to do and you will get 100 responses.

              take - lots of solid good foods, as much as u can, as often as u can. To gain size/Mass u have to eat, if u think ur eating enough then eat more cuz I can assure u ur not.

              Roid's r just 1 small piece of the puzzle and generally close to the last piece.
