Welcome to JM, napsgear.NET is very good well trusted site, napsgear.COM is a fake site but i though it was shut down? so i assume you mean .net and you mis typed they will get to you just sometimes take's a little longer, feel free to open a ticket on there site

You are in good hands! Don't become one of those people who gets frustrated with the wait. Everything will work out. In the mean time take a look around the forum and bone up on you knowledge. There is plenty to go around. Also read the rules so you dont get yourself into hot water, or worse off, banned.
