Once you regain access, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security. This feature requires a second verification step, such as a code sent to your phone --- or email, whenever you log in from a new device. Go to "Security and Login" settings to activate 2FA and link it to your preferred authentication method.
