    1. 1 Mile Run: 6Min 56 seconds.
    2. Barbell Squat - 4 sets: (Warmup:95lb x 15) 205Lbx 8, 225lb x 8, 255lb x 7, 265lb x 6 DS 225lb x 6
    3. Leg extensions - 3 Sets: 220lb x 8, 230lb x 7, 245lb x 6 DS 180lb x 15
    4. Romanian Deadlift - 4 Sets: (WU: 135lb x 8) 165lb x 8, 185lb x 6 - Stopped, back hurt. Waiting for the belt to arrive.
    5. Leg prone curl - 3 sets: 120lb x 8, 130lb x 7, 130lb x 6 DS 90lb x 7
    6. Seated leg curl - 3 sets: 180lb x 8, 200lb x 7, 210lb x 3, DS 150lb x 6

    Yeah, the seems like the most sound way to do a cycle. Makes the most sense at least.
    Nice, diet is definitely the harder part for me. I eat really clean, but eating the surplus of calories has been a battle. Dialing it in though.

    Then straight into tren E for 16 weeks ..I finish that last month drop to 88kg but leaner ... Now I gona push it this 6 weeks as I want to be fucking shredded for the pictures...
    Damn you're jacked up dude, your body looks like you're in your 20's! Solid. Yeah, next cycle is going to be another bulk cycle, then cut. I didn't even realize Naps had been dominating for so long. They kick ass.

    I started at 27 that was 11 years ago.. And my gear back then was from napsgear too...long time customer here lol
    After training natural since teen... Did

    Sick! Thanks boss, I'm probably going to model this for my cutting cycle in spring. I heard a lot of people doing no carb cuts and it sounds absolutely dreadful. This was valuable information for me.
    Nice, I need to do more research on T3 - I know very little about it. How long have you been using gear?

    thanks man,,, diet its simple I count calories,,, bulked at 3500cals, started to drop300cals weekly until I m on a deficit ,,, weight stayed consistent as I don't wanted to feel small or too weak, dropped to 2500 on training days and 2000 on non training days,,, I make sure I reach 200g of protein 100g carbs minimum and 100g fat,, tried a few days very or no carbs and felt like doing nothing,,,no need for that,

    That's sick man, what's your diet look like on this 6 week cutting cycle? Damn, yeah partying will bring back the smokes. It's incredibly hard to not smoke when you're drunk and everyones' puffing. I've been sober off of everything for 3 years, so I stray away. 6 Days strong brotha! Keep killing it.
    What AAS are you using for this cut cycle? Some Winny?

    I did quit smoking few years back and lasted 3 whole years but then I start to party again,,,bitches you know,,,,

    I training 7 days this week,,, im off from work so too much fucking energy and quitting smoke so I don't stop all day mate hahaha
    Frandman - Bulking currently, I'll probably be bulking until March. At that point I plan on doing a cutting cycle, I am going on a cruise in June, so I figure about a 90 day/12 week cut cycle should have me yolked up for the cruise and pictures.
    Currently I'm on my first cycle, good ol' Test E 500mg EW.
    Training 7 days a week - damn son. I know what you mean though, when I don't hit the gym, I'm bouncing off the walls.
    I commend you on quitting smoking, I used to smoke a pack and a half a day of Reds. Loved the cowboy killers. Haven't touched one in over 3 years. Stay strong to that!
    You're doing a cutting cycle right now, right?
