    I did quit years ago for 4 whole years...
    Cold turkey no problem as
    I was in a good place mentally...
    Last few years I been abusing a lot of other substances.... I was in a dark place mate....
    Feeling great lately don't know why
    Probably had enough....

      You got this Frandman!! You did it once you can do it again, we are behind you!! I was like pestosterone, I chewed tobacco since I was 15 years old, then me and the wife ( she smoked) decided we were done wentbto the doctor and asked for chantax, we both haven't had one in a little over 12 years now!! Its hard sometimes in the summer at ball games and such but when I smell it it still makes me sick!! So there you go!

                  Today I was in a steroid clinic in London... As you all know here it's legal to posses but illegal to sell steroids...

                  They gave needles... Swaps... And 2 bins for my sharps
                  They will do a full blood test if I come off for 6 weeks for free ... Nice..
                  When I finish this cut... I come off for those 6 weeks so the bloods and if everything its ok ... Bulking time

                          weight his morning 85 kg looking lean and mean

                          I been off work all week so plenty time to train, cook and rest. I run out of Whey and won't buy more until I finish this 6 week's diet.


                          I'm Planning to get all my calories from food ,,,been doing it since Monday as I run out of Whey and feeling much better already, strength its going up, no bloating or farting, so gona give a try to be whey free
