Nice to be off from work today and from gym yesterday,,,,
I trained shoulder and triceps today and was feeling strong after all that food yesterday :thumb

Train triceps and biceps yesterday... Training it's going well as I'm felling strong and recovering great...

Nice pace on the workout gotta keep moving if u r dropping fat! Try an e cig I personally know 20+people that have kicked cigarettes with them and then taper down nicotine and then come off of the vape and keep it around for when u drink so u don't fall back in 2 cigs just a tip I did it a year ago with chewing tobacco can't taper nicotine levels with tobacco kind of like a self rehab lol
