Mag grip pull downs 4 sets 10-20 reps
Barbell rows 4 sets 10-20 reps
Deadlifts 4 sets 10
Chest supported tbar row 4 sets 10-20 reps
Seated calve raises 3 sets 10-20 rep
Dbell pullover 3 sets 15-20
Arnold curls 3 sets 8-12
Standing Calve raise 3 sets 20
Machine preacher curls stack 3 sets 10 double pumps at the top extra squeezes

T bar row 4 sets 8-20 rep
Lat pulls w mag grip under hand 3 sets 12-20 rep
Wide bar lat pulls 10 reps to chest 10 reps to rear shoulder 4 sets
Arnold curls 3 sets 8-10
Hammer curl 3 sets 8-10
