naps gear delivery

Anyone here have issues w naps delivery this year? I've placed an order in late January that went mia and never delivered. They finally reshipped a week and a half after the supposed arrival date but that has been two weeks in waiting as well. I have a tracking number but it shows no item found. Gettin a little worried as I have $600 out to these guys. I've contacted customer support but all they say is wait. Gettin frustrated, hoping I didn't get screwed.

I wouldnt worry about it bro. NAPS always delivers. It may take some time but they are usually on point. I know the Chinese New Years (Feburary) created a bit of a log jam but I would imagine your gear will be showing up soon.

One way or another u will get ur order Naps fixes everything just give it time don't get frustrated yet I've been doing buisness with them for a long time no failures yet

Thanks for the replies. Eases the thought of losing money anyway. Hoping my gear comes in soon. My first cycle n I'm ready to get it goin.

Just like the other guys are saying, you'll get your stuff. There not always up to speed on shipping, but they ALWAYS come through.
On a side note, be careful about talk of ETA, it might be a good idea to read the rules of the board before you continue, there right there in my signature.

Just for the record... i have not received anything from naps at this time. Except of course being told to wait..
