  • Working out early in the AM

I don't know about you guys yet I work a part-time job other than my full time job and when I get off my part-time job I have to have time to go to the gym. So I go about 3am in the morning and no one is there until about 4am. So I get all my stuff done that I have to do with out a spot and it works out great. When I need a spot or two some of the guys get in there at 4am and I know all of them and then will get my spot especially for my bench or for my squats. I am up to 425 on my bench and 700lbsn my squat so I have to have a spot for these two workout things. Now I swap it out from week to week and do dumb bells on my chest work out and for that I don't need a spot, for in the gym I go to they only go up to 110lbs weights so I am able to o those myself. For all other things like squats I have to wait for my friends to arrive and then I get busy with the hard core workout. So if anyone else can tell me about their workout schedule I would love for you to reply to my thread and hear about all the things you have to go through, thanks Moosse

I share your early am workouts brother and have been for decades now.I own/operate my own gym so I can go in when were not open and hit it all I want.I definitely love having the place quiet and to myself to be one with the iron.No gossiping,no kids hanging out,and no noise.

Also for many yrs, while growing my biz I had so little free time so by hitting the gym so early it left my day open to take care of things.I traveled a lot so spare time and I were distant strangers for many yrs.LOL.Thank God ive finally come to a time in my life that that has changed.

Now at my age I never go for max weight lifts anymore so im usually good by myself but I do have a few of my buddies that will meet me there to workout together many times so if we do want to get crazy with the lbs,we're gtg.
