Hello everyone, I would appreciate whatever advice you all could give me. First off I've never done a cycle not that I didn't want too just though I was not ready. My stats are I'm 26 year old male I'm 5'9", 195 lbs and my bf% is 20% iae of now. The problem happened when I got injured and everything went out the window (I.e. Diet and my routine). I'm all healed and back at it. I'm getting back on the diet I was on but there is no gas in the tank when I'm in the gym. I've tried a couple of pre-workout and nothing has changed. I had a blood test done a couple of months ago and my test levels are in the 390's, I ask my doc if it was low they said its normal. Im a veteran so I have va health care. I'm getting married this summer on the beach and I want to look and feel better then I do. Thanks and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Zlbnmj1126, 390 is low brother, I know most Doc's say normal is from 250-850, but 250 is like for a 60 year old man. Your on the low end. If you can get another opinion, I would try that and see what the second Doc has to say.The Rules At Juiced Muscle (everyone please read)
