  • Post injury cycle question

I am curious can I use a cycle after being released from an injury. I do not want to waste time nor money. But I feel weak as shit. I've been taking it easy but I want to get back to where I was before I got injured. My stats are 5'10", 195lbs 18% body fat and I've done two cycles. My injury was two tears in tendons in my right elbow. I've been released by doc but Ive been out of the gym for 6mo. Any good advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I’m glad to hear that you are recovering from your injury and want to get back to cycling. Cycling can be a great way to rehabilitate your knee and improve your cardiovascular fitness, but you have to be careful not to overdo it or aggravate your injury. You should always follow your doctor’s advice and listen to your body when resuming cycling after an injury. Follow angry gran to have more tips for health.
