    Hey everyone,

    Just wanted to post up here, that I'm looking to fill one more spot in Project Get Shredded 2015, so if anyone is interested, please head over to Naps and apply. Gear will be sent this week to the guys that are already on the team. Also, since there is going to be a wait for gear arrival, I am going to start PGS naturally for the first 4 wks, then 12 wks on gear, so the program will be 16 wks total.
