I have been a log term customer of naps and they always come through for me. If you are new and not sure how to start, do what I did and order a cycle kit. If you are more advanced, they have opened up project shredded again and taking applications if you think you are ready. It's not cheap and hopefully next time, I will be able to put up the cash. I participated in the last project get shredded with one of our MOD's, Undercover. I did really well and went from 210lbs. at 16-19% body fat to 175lbs. at 4.8% body fat. Now I'm on my way back up and still staying lean. My avatar pic was takin 1/8/2015, there I'm at 190lbs and about 6-7% body fat. It was so hard, especially at my age, I'm 51, but I got it done and I'm glad I did. Now I'll stay as lean as I can, and try and put some more muscle on.

Any chance on sharing some of what it took to get so lean MrBig? Mostly diet, training, etc??

Undercover said I was the hardest to get things going. It was really tough, not sure if it's my age or what. I busted my balls like I never had before. Out of respect for Undercover I'd rather not share that information.
