Ordered on naps but nothing arrived

Im from germany and new here. Sorry for my bad english, i hope you will understand.

3 months ago i have ordered on naps for over 400€ and nothings come at my home.
Is this site legit? Fo they send me my stuff once again? Do they send from eu?

Did you send them a email? Maybe it has been seized!!
