If you're UK based the National Slimming Clinic prescribes this, you go through a consultation with a doctor and are then asked if you want Phentermine or a fat binder type. I've used it and find it far more powerful than sibutramine.

Phentermine is Phentermine, there is no place for the word herbal anywhere near since this is a purely chemical pharmaceutical molecule.

I have used it often. It works great as long as you can handle the side affects. Heart rate increase, dry mouth, dehydration, and gitters. As far as a supplier I used mex gear in the past but not sure if they are still any good. They are the only steroid source I have seen with it on their list. I have been off these boards for a long time. Im not in the loop of who gtg anymore.
