Cool, have you ever tried that type of cycle Mr Big or anyone? I'm wondering could you do this with long esters if you change every 3 weeks

No, I haven't tried it and not sure it would work with the longer esters.

Well he speaks about Test-Deca and d-bol than switch to Anadrol-Tren and Susta. He doesn;t specify the test estrification, but the nandrolone is the long ester Decanoate. The second option (susta) is mix form that also contains 100 mg of Testosterone Decanoate.

If you would take his advice seriously I would use all compounds with long esters or with short ones.
