Anyone know a way of getting hormone saliva tests done in New York? Most places say they won't send kits or results to NY residents.

I use ZRT / Virgina Hopkins test kits - mail order $35 and up - results via email.
(i put in NY,Manhattan zip code for shipping to test, no issue)
