Best Online website for buying Test??

I am looking to buy some test and have it shipped to the US, can anyone recommend a good website that they have used before?
And if the shipment is seized can I get in trouble legally? or will my shipment just be gone? Not sure how all this works I am new to this.

Let me give you a little advice.. Questions like that wont be answered on an open forum. Best you read some rules of the forums and
read between the lines. Anyone thats been in the game long enough wont give up a source on an open web site.
