I have been a all natrual gym rat for several years now and want to take it to the next level. I have no idea where to start so any advise would be greatly welcome. My stats are 6' 228 lbs, 16-18% body fat. I really want to be able to get down to 225 with 6-8% body fat. I also have a phobia of needles. Dont really know where it came from but its there. I would rather do this right then start guessing and jack myself up.
