im sry I should of clarified synedrex is a weightloss supplement, not hcg, but I heard taking hcg wont really do much for weightloss

everywhere i've read says hcg drops are a joke as they don't properly absorb. inject hcg or don't bother

Ronny - other than in PCT.... Is there a real use for HCG with fat loos (how long would you run it) also what and why should you run it during cycle.... I have read a lot of confusing stuff - can you give me the dummy version?? lol

For fat loss we must drink more water than routine, add green tea, fruits and vegetables in our daily meals and break meals in small frequent ones. Avoid eating late and engage in regular exercise plan.
