  • Effective HgH dose for starter to HgH

    Hey, i'm trying to find out what a good starting dose (IU) of HgH is for a person taking HgH for the first time? I'm going to be using the blue top HgH from napsgear. Thanks!

        My goals are to add lean muscle mass and increase strength while reversing general signs of aging. I've been told, and have read, that taking growth for the long run is the way to go if I want to add good lean gains, increase energy levels,and repair joint/muscle pain. I do plan to stack it with enanthate 250, tren enanthate 150, and winstrol. Any suggestions for good gains in lean size and strength would be appreciated. Thanks.

          You new guys are killin me, stop listening to idiots around you. I hope you haven't purchased anything yet. Do some more research before you do anything. I'm on my way to work. but I'll get back to you later or maybe one of the other vets will chime in, just don't do what you say you want to until you know what your doing!!!!!

              ok, here's the real deal. I've been taking various steroid stacks for I guess 8 years now. I've taken myself from a measly 145 lbs to being 240 with very little body fat. I'm very pleased with my strength at this point, however, I want more. I seem to have hit a barrier around the 240 - 250lb mark. General strength capabilities: bench is around 500, shoulder about 365, leg press (not squat) 1600+, back ~450. These are not 1 rep max sets. nothing less than a 3 rep set. I want to get bigger. I have done research (various medical sites and what not) but of course there are both sides of the story out there which is why I consulted this site. I know guys at the gym that take, or have taken, GH and they believe whole heartedly in it. I however, have no personal experience with it. I've read that taking between 5 - 10 IU is great splitting it into two shots (morning and pre-lift). I've also read that for a first time user 2 - 4 IU, dosed the same is best.

              I hope you see my dilema. I would appreciate some expert GH advice. I generally learn by trial and error, however, with the price of GH I'd prefer not to have to do too much trial and error.

                Yes, that is correct both r right. U need to take 5-10 ius to have a chance @ the results u want but most start @ 2ius and slowly (over the course of a wk or2) add .5-1iu per wk so they do not get sides - some do not get sides + plop right in w 10ius.
                If ur old + just looking for recovery + repair u use 2ius.
                That is why (not trying to be a dick) I said read more, u will know + feel better when u realize + understand the basics + mechanisms of GH to tailor it to ur Use.

                But honestly u r not going to say "wow" or "damn" GH is awesome, cuz it takes a long time + is very incremental.
                I took GH for 2.5yrs straight + can not directly point to any growth or size from it, I did feel better + recover faster with less minor aches+injuries.
                Did i grow with GH+ AAS -yes, can I say 10ius of GH = X growth - no. The only reason I stopped GH was $$.
                I would go back on? in a heart beat when I get some xtra dough.
                But I'm 43 + my natural GH prod is in decline urs may not so u may be pissing into a full can?

                IMO - hearing that U "want to get bigger" u should researching into getting a safe Slin cycle, would prob work better + cost less.

                  ok, cool. Thanks. I've never really been sensitive to any sides but seeing as how this is my first time with GH I'll be working up to 5 - 10 IU. I don't get as much sleep as I need and I hear GH helps a lot with that.

                  If you were to suggest a cycle to add 20 - 25 lbs of lean mass, what would it be? Thanks again.

                    Natural HGH growth is better

                    I will suggest you to find out exercises, activities and diet plans that results in growth of natural human growth hormones in body. Intense exercises, swimming and healthy diet plans are one of those good ways to get natural HGH.
