I am a past Professional Athlete in Aus. No longer competing but still love being fit and Looking good. My question is. Which is best, am I on the right path. I currently use Enanthate, 2ml injection once per week. My strength and power is increasing, but every time I go for a run, I strain or aggregate muscles. Calf, groin, hamstring. Now I'm not running fast either. Example I used to run 3:30min 1km x 6 with 3 min rest. Im only running/jogging 4 x 1km currently and doing it at 5mins each run. But strains keep coming on. Any help/advice would be great. So frustrated at the moment. Have a great looking body for my goals. 100kg and BF at 9%, but just can't run. Any recommendations would be great. Thanks
