    How much cardio do you do throughout the week? I've always just skipped it thinking it would mess with my gains, which obviously isn't true I always just used it for a justification hah. I'm trying to find my sweet spot I wanted to hear what works for you guys.

    Bulking I would do 3 days out of the week. No more then 20 minuets and at about a 3.5 speed.
    Building my self for a better tomorrow.

      Thanks for your reply bro. That's pretty much what I've been keeping it at I don't use treadmill I like running outdoors I do usually 2 to 3 days a week for around 20 at a light jog

        I would say it depends on ur body type - more or less cardio depending on how easy u gain fat.
