  • Feel like shit, body is a wreck.

First workout in 26 weeks and I feel wrecked. Im so fat, I cant believe it. It feels good, progress hurts.

In summer of 2010 on my second deployment in Afghanistan, in Zabul province I was involved in a firefight with 2ND BCT "Strike BDE" out of Campbell. Ended up fuckin up my back and neck.

Anyone else comming out of a layoff?

My story isn't nearly as noble as yours, buti did have a set back recently.

Last cycle I bulked from 205 to 230. On my last pin I went on vacation for two weeks and ate bad and didn't work out once. While there I developed a chest cold, and when I got back it turned into pneumonia and I was out for almost another five weeks. I got three days back in the gym and gave myself a hernia and had to have emergency surgery and was off another four weeks. Overall, I didn't work out for a little more than three months, and lost every gain from my previous cycle, and ballooned up to 240. Three months later I'm back down to 215 and strong as ever; so don't be discouraged, just have fun, and it feels rewarding to watch those pounds come off.

Hate to say it, but Im glad Im not the only one. It is very upsetting. At least we are back on track. That's what matters most. That's what counts.

Noble, why thank you. I feel like a mooch sometimes when I go to the VA. Weird, most people there are atleast twice my age.

It's just a crummy situation. It made me super depressed and I just quit caring and started eating like crap, and drinking way too much. It's funny, I have an unhealthy obsession with staying fit, but take that away and I get depressed and go to the opposite end.
