Naps cancelled my order? Bought the product from last week that was on sale and received a email tonight saying it was cancelled. Talked to live support but what they told me to do was not working. Someone point me in the direction of who on here can help me figure out what to do.

I did MrBig bro I have talked to live support several times. Waiting on Sam to get back to me. Live support said that the sale price on my stuff would be honored but I opened a ticket and was a tech said who told you that. Man this is so uncool.

I honestly do believe that Bandit. But man this is not going well so far. I am not in a position that I need this gear asap but not understanding why this even happened. Waiting on Sam to answer my PM. I will keep you all up to date.

bigpa, when ordering like this you really need to order at lest 6 month ahead of when you need it. Every so often Naps does have some issues, but they ALWAYS come through. Just be patient DON'T get upset with them or they'll get pissed and wouldn't help you at all. I once waited 7 months for gear, but they did deliver and all was good. This is one things that I try to tell the guys that are new to this, that you need to order way ahead of time. I know this doesn't help right now, but now you know you shou place that order sooner. Wait for Sam to see if there's anything he can do, remember he's a busy guy, so be patient with him also.

Yeah Big I am staying cool. But like I said in my last post I am Not in a position where I need what I ordered right away. Just decided to buy because of the killer deal. However just for an update I talked to live support this morning and got it straightened out I hope.

The Naps of today seems very responsive to problems. My order had a mistake where I had received the generic of a drug that I ordered name brand. I wrote them, and literally in a few hours they replied saying they would resend the order! Now that's customer service! Wow! When I get the order, I plan on writing something more about this because I really am impressed.

Yes it is normal. Sucks but normal. Just send to another name. All will be fine.
