Need help with purchase decision

Hey guys im new here but heres my situation. I just moved to germany and ive found a guy who will sell me deca250 or test250 for €20 per 2ml. Im not familiar with the prices here in this country and I havent known him for too long but hes obviously juicing. the quality could be questionable. However I asked him today and he said he can show me everything tomorrow. On the other hand if the quality of naps "gp" gear is good then it would be a much better deal. Any advice on who I should buy from?

Naps is always g2g, a street price will always be more, plus you wont be sure if it's legit.
