  • Where does everyone buy their meat at?

I've been getting my chicken from wal mart and its getting expensive since it just recently went up 50 cents

It's a bit more expensive but I use the small town butcher as much as possible. Fresh farm raised meats. Nothing like watching your dinner running around a couple of hours before you cook it. If I'm going for bulk then yeah Wal-Mart or Sam's is the spot.

I try to get my meat from the local butcher, but like you said it's getting expensive.

If funds are a big issue, see if you have an Aldi in your area. Not for fresh meat, but for frozen. Great prices! Bring your own bag or box along, and bag your own groceries. Part of how they save money.

Most times for chicken if you go to the butcher you can get chicken breasts for $1.99 lb., they do this so you can see their quality meats and buy them too.

Nice! Aldi's is good for quality meats sometimes to; I have seen very lean hamburger in the refrigerated section just look at the produce carefully it get's old and is not always the best quality at times. A BIG MONEY SAVER!

I just hit a Sam's and buy boneless skinless chicken breast 10lbs at a time. Runs roughly 22-24

Sams in Myrtle beach has some great cuts of beef and same with the chicken. I buy a few packs at a time and spend a few hours pre-making my meats for the week.

We have one where I live but the price on their foods are expensive. I think for one pound of buffalo it's like 10 or 11 bucks
