I have the caliper Slim Guide made by Creative Health. It comes with an instruction guide that give you a few ways to check your b-fat. The first one is the Durin Womersly data. When using this data there are 4 locations to measure, the back of upper arm, front of upper arm, back below shoulder blade and side of waist. Now when I use this data my b-fat measures 18%.
Now there is another way to check your b-fat and thats the Jackson Pollock data, with this data theres only 3 location to measure with this data. The chest, abdomen and the thigh. When I use this data my b-fat measure 13.5%.
Does anyone have an opinion on these two ways of getting your b-fat????
One thing I should mention is that with the Durin Womersly data, I have my wife do it and with the Jackson Pollock way I can do it myself. I'm thinking she's not doing it right, I don't know???
