Loose skin

Since I've lost a pretty good amount of weight the last few months my skin has become rather loose. Anybody else had this problem? Did it tighten up eventually?

Nope. 2 options: Build some muscles and hope that it takes care of that empty space your fat left. Or surgery...

A lot of it depends on your age, as you get older the skin may not shrink back.

Still young but it's tightening up very slowly not as much as I'd like though

If your still in your twenties you'll be fine, even if you in your early thirties your still good, it'll just take a little longer.

Step up the cardio a bit more that may help, I do kettlebells they're great for toning and tightening the loose skin. Good Luck

Really depends on how much fat you lost.. personally I'm 24 and the little bit of loose skin I have won't just go..
