in high school we used to take ice baths after thursday practice because the games were on friday nights and our coach wanted us to be as fresh as possible for the game. and in baseball we would do them the night before each playoff game. i also have heard of people taking hot baths after a workout. so my question is this...as far as recovery goes, do you guys think a hot or cold bath is more beneficial?
