Is preworkout drink necessary?

    As Alex.18 and cmode44 has suggested that its not necessary then i won't use it. But if i can get some product which has less caffeine then probably i can try.

    Atleast now i know the reason for being so uncomfortable with pre-workout drinks.

      Try pure agmatine powder. Its just for pumps and has no caffiene or any byproducts in it. You will get a great pump that will last for hours after your workout which is what youre looking for in a workout anyway. This is what i add to my pre workout drink for an extra pump boost
