Anyone who gets high cholesterol from cycles, how long does it usually take to get back down after cycle? My cholesterol is 253 and I finished a cycle in late sept and pct at the end of october. Cholesterol was about that high about a year and a half ago but I was actually on a cycle at the time.
My diet is pretty good at least I think. I just totally cut out any junk two weeks ago. I also just started a Test only cycle.
Anyone one else have cholesterol issues? Truth is I haven't really checked it in a long time while not cycling so I don't know if it's just high naturally.

It's different for everyone, but yes, I definitely have spikes in my LDL when I'm juicing, and I have several friends who experience the same. There is always a marked decrease in my HDL as well. I know that my diet is also pretty clean, so I'm almost positive it's mostly from the gear. At the end of my cycle, I start religiously eating oatmeal every day, and add a lot of garlic/onions/shallots to my recipes and it goes from around 280 to under 200 in about 2 months. Omega 3 oil caps help a lot too. I would certainly keep tabs on it if you're not sure whether it's just from gear. The earlier you come to grips with it, the easier it will be when you get older. Stay healthy bro! I would like to hear tips from the other guys on what helps them reduce LDL.

Also for the guys who get high cholesterol on gear, do faster acting esters like prop, acetates, etc make it worse, or not as bad.
