GP Methan 10 (dianabol) 4-6 weeks
GP Test Enanth 250 10 week
GP Clomiphene (Clomid) 2 weeks after cycle ended
GP Nolva (Nolvadex) Half a pill every other day during cycle
Milk Thistle (Silymarin) take everyday during 4-6 weeks of dbol

If its your first cycle I would forget the dbol and use 250 of test twice a week (ex: Mon & Thurs). Otherwise if you have negative affects you won't know whether its to the test or dbol. You may not need to take any nolvadex with this cycle until your PCT. If you do want to run something I would recommend Adex .5 EOD rather than the nolvadex. Whatever you decide, definitely go with 250 of test twice a week.

Dbol is fine for a beginner... but take it 1 to 4 ... not 4 to 6...

30 mg dbol Ed for 4 weeks. Use arimadex e3d instead of nolvadex, they do completely different things, you want the adex to keep the test from aromatizing into estrogen.
