dam no1 with any input lol kinda thinking i should did more research before i did a poke Thursday in my bicep and its still hard for me to straighten my arm all the way.. that means its oil based at least correct?? thats good if its oil based right lol
any shot to the bicep will hurt mate prob one of the most painfull places to shoot into your quads and glutes are best if you are a beginner try your delt or tris both ok in my oppinion
