Dextrose and Creatine

I have a question, I used Muscletech celltech hardcore with dextrose and creatine in it. I tryed to get some more from BB.com and it looks like its no longer available. Well for two scopes it had 10,000mg Mega-Dose of Ultra-Pure Creatine and 75g of Dextrose. Now I purchased the dextrose and creatine separately and want to know if this is a good dose for both the dextrose and creatine?

I take dectrose during and afterworkout i feel dextrose works so fast to fuel the muscle And its cheap

supposedly 5g of creatine is the max ur body can process per day (saturation point).

i use 40grams of dextrose to 5 grams of creatine twice a day when i use them

i take in about 50g dex and use about 5g creatine preworkout and 5g post. i'd suggest starting around 40-50g dex. if you start seeing yourself become overly fat, in a quicker than normal period of time, you'll know to back down!

alot cheaper than buying a muscletech product, no?
