heres a pic a buddy shot of me near the tail end of chest training, training chest/tri's today. i'm feeling good and feeling big. i'm pretty strong at this point and shoveling down the food.

thanks mrbig. last year, i didnt work my delts as hard because i didnt want them to overshadow the surrounding body parts. but then i said "F" it. i should work my genetic gifts just as hard as anything else and if they overshadow anything, i just have to work that much harder to bring the weaker link up.
calves on the other hand are a totally different story. im just working on the quads to match them. they're coming together, more now than ever...not that this pic does any justice to my lower half.
