  • favorite body part to train?

    per the title, whats your favorite body part to train? also, would you consider that part to be dominate in your physique?

    for me its currently back. back is what i'm working hardest to bring up this year. i love training back and learning new methods. i'm super satisfied when i can see progress in my back development

    abs... I love the burning feeling, I found it to be much different from the others.

      My favorite is chest workout but its also where i need most work always trying to grow the pecs

        Chest day is my favorite right now, but it seems like my favorite muscle group changes monthly haha. My shoulders pretty much dominate all of my other muscle groups.

          no doubt shoulders. if i can hit them right and get the right nutrients in pre and post workout, i cant lift my arms the next day. theyre just getting where i want them to be so im going to start backing off of them a little. my arms in general are my most dominant body part.

            I like doin shoulders, they seem to get the most pumped when I train.

              Once I get pull ups out of the way, back is my favorite! I'd say of my body, back has the least ammount of definition, and my lats are the muscle that I dream of being huge!

                    gotta go with back for now. i actually look forward to doing deadlifts (i know crazy right)! i change favorites constantly, glad to know im not the only one.

                      back and chest as far as fav...but i love legs too cuz i can move some big numbers, it helps the ego

                        Abs of course, that muscle works all the time and makes it easier for me to perform any exercise if my core muscles are strong.
