Being sick while on cycle! Ugh!!!

Missed three days straight and I'm getting stir crazy, not to mention I haven't been able to sleep in the last 48 hours

Well my opinion is dont stop the injections and make sure you dont over due it on your first days back to the gym but when ur back to a 100 percent give it 110 percent And eat healthy

Light cardio seems to help me when I'm sick. Not sure why, but sweating my ass off and then jumping in the shower makes me feel 100% again, at least for a little bit :P
